🔄 Return & Refund Policy – Kitchli

At Kitchli, we strive to ensure you’re fully satisfied with every purchase. However, if something doesn’t go as expected, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.


✅ Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return is requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and includes all packaging, tags, and accessories.

Note: Some items such as perishables, hygiene-related products, or personalized items may not be returnable.


🚚 Return Process

  1. Email us at accounts@kitchli.com or call +91-93212 20002 within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Attach clear photos of the issue (if damaged/defective).

  3. Our team will verify and approve the return if it meets the conditions.

  4. A pickup will be arranged, or you’ll be guided to return the item yourself.


💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

🔁 Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for eligible items if you need a replacement (same product only).


❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Used, washed, or altered products

  • Items returned without original packaging or past the return window


📝 Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, the return process will apply.

  • In case of prepaid orders, cancellation refunds will be issued within 3–5 business days.
