If your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you and refund the payment if already made.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt a re-delivery up to 2 times.

If undelivered after multiple attempts, the product will be returned, and a refund (minus shipping charges) will be processed.
